WHY A VETERANS' HUB?

Many veterans engage with or are referred to ESVH when rejected by their community, local authorities and others.  It is inevitable that a proportion would have become involved in the criminal justice system, in part due to their ‘military culture’, from years of service.  Some are homeless.  All want and need to achieve a secure future along with a reasonable quality of life.  Not forgetting, that behind every veteran there is a family, whom in most cases like these, have carried the burden from the impact of anxieties, anger, depression and in the more severe instances, PTSD related violence.  Unsupported by others and in the extreme, this causes breakdown of relationships.  Families and veterans such as these suffer in silence.
